You may be a therapist, primary care provider, school counselor, or even another psychiatric medication provider looking to connect a client or patient with additional support services. Maybe you’re here to collaborate for future referrals, because it can be tough out here, and mental health services can be hard to come by. Whatever your role may be and reason for being here, you play a crucial role in making mental health care accessible to those you care for.

I pride my work on compassionate and individualized care, while maintaining safe and evidenced based practices. My specialty areas include supporting young adult women with depression, anxiety, ADHD who also may be struggling with women’s related issues including self-esteem, body image, relationship struggles, boundary setting, life transition, and infertility and post-partum challenges.

For awareness, I do not accept Excellus BSBS, MVP, medicaid, or medicare insurance plans at this time. I do accept Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Oxford, and Oscar health care plans though Headway, accept HSA cards for patmen, in addition to private/self pay (with option to provide a super bill). I offer discounted rates for college students, healthcare workers, and those who work in the beauty service industry.

While I do accept patient's under the age of 18, these are by exception and would require further discussion to ensure I would be able to provide adequate care, or refer to another child-focused provider.
